I'm a mom to 2 adorable toddlers and partner to a lava-cake baking French-American.

Growing up with Iranian immigrant parents, education was paramount and that led me to pursue my MBA at Harvard.

As a child, I was always setting the table and helping my mom serve platters of Persian stews, rice and of course, tahdig. So it was no surprise that I would eventually leave the corporate world and follow my heart to the culinary industry.

Over the last 8 years, I’ve founded a food media company, operated a culinary events agency and most recently, taught hundreds of chefs how to teach cooking online through my program, Culinary Creator Business School.

Since having children (2 in 3 years…during COVID. Oof.), I've prioritized building businesses that give me the ultimate luxury: flexibility.

And after working with culinary solopreneurs over the years, I’ve discovered that I’m not the only one who wants the flexibility to work on my terms.
